Flame retardancy test:
- 4-6 tests for raw material before entering into production.
- Taken different samples randomly from jumbo roll to test the tensile strength and peel strength, in order to test if the material is qualified.
- Testing the flame propagation performance by alcohol burner, our fabric conform to EN 71/DIN4102/UL94 or other standard customized.
- Taken samples randomly from production process to test antistatic property to ensure stable antistatic <3*10³
